For new clients, after receiving a confirmation email regarding your initial appointment, you can select the following link and select Existing Client to complete all of your documentation. Please note that documentation needs to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.
For current clients, please use the following link to check your appointment schedules, make cancellations for upcoming appointments, or update any information.
Client appointments will be conducted through Webex Meetings, a secure, HIPAA compliant platform. Connecting through smartphones or tablets may require downloading an app prior to the appointment.
