Appointment Request

Current clients may login to the Client Portal by going to the following web address to check your scheduled appointments, make changes to appointments, and make payment on your account.


Client appointments are schedule on Tuesday, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 9am to 6:30pm based on availability.

Please note that Dr. Keaveny does not see clients under 18 years of age.  Dr. Keaveny also does not provide couples counseling or family counseling.


Dr. Keaveny is not currently accepting new clients.  

Please note: Beginning January 2019, Dr. Keaveny will only be accepting new clients who are private payment or using original Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, or Tricare.  Dr. Keaveny is not accepting new clients with Cigna or MHN/Healthnet.  If you would like to be place on a waitlist, please complete the form below with a general reason for coming to therapy.  If you plan on using your insurance benefits, please indicate what insurance plan you will be using for your appointment.  

Please note, Dr. Keaveny cannot guarantee wait times for the next available appointment.  If you would like to be seen immediately, please reach out to your insurance plan for an available provider.
